Jane & Lance White, aka Team White Realtors, are residents of Mantoloking, New Jersey have been in the real estate business for many years. Jane's parents first came to Mantoloking in the 1930's and she summered here her entire life. Lance is considered a "new" member of the community having only been here for the last 37 years.

"The many expectations and questions that existed before this last presidential election have, for the most part, been put to rest. We know who the winner is and now we shall see how the markets and the world will react although it will take some time for this to become apparent. Let us share with you an interesting fact. Since the presidential election of 1960 until now the year AFTER the election the Dow Jones Industrial Average has risen 10.65% every one of those years regardless of which candidate won the election. That is a telling statistic. Over time, with fluctuations, of course, the stock market will show significant growth. The key idea here is "over time".
We, as Team White, have been transacting in this area for almost 15 years. As listing agents, we never utilize lock boxes because we feel it's important for us to be present to "sell" your property. Questions such as "Where are the lifeguards on the beaches?" or "When does the summer season begin?" or finally "What are some of the basic rules and regulations for new construction?" need to be answered quickly and correctly. As a team one of us is always available to respond to a call or email and we are available to show your property with little warning.
We also have calls to make on behalf of a client who is looking to purchase a property because we know this area so well. If the buyer does not see a listed property that is of interest we may be aware of someone who is thinking about selling if the timing works and price points are interesting.
