Jane & Lance White, aka Team White Realtors, are residents of Mantoloking, New Jersey have been in the real estate business for many years. Jane's parents first came to Mantoloking in the 1930's and she summered here her entire life. Lance is considered a "new" member of the community having only been here for the last 37 years.

The real estate market is experiencing almost historic developments as it, starting in April 2020, gained incredible momentum as people changed their work habits and moved to places of which they had only dreamed just a few short months previously. After a massive number of transactions in real estate and price increases of 30% or higher, the market has slowed. The inventory of properties for sale is a fraction of what it was just a few months ago. This, of course will change as it always does, but for the time being it is absolutely a seller's market.
We, as Team White, have been engaged in this new market since it began and we can help you negotiate your way to the best result for you and your families. As listing agents, we do not utilize lock boxes because we feel it's important for us to be present to "sell" your property. Questions such as "Where are the lifeguards on the beaches?" or "When does the summer season begin?" or finally "What are some of the basic rules and regs for new construction?" need to be answered quickly and correctly.
